We are constantly looking to acquire properties that fit the following requirements:

- A single story shopping center
- Located in a stable area and/or an area with growth potential.
- Priced from $5,000,000 to $15,000,000
- Prefer dealing with principals but will consider broker represented properties as well
If a property meets the above criteria, I start with a letter of intent, move on to a purchase agreement, and then on to closing. A closing under normal circumstances usually takes place 90 days after full execution of the purchase agreement.
Note: Please feel confident that your property will be treated confidentially and I will be happy to sign a 'confidentiality' agreement before receiving any information.
