Robert G. Nieto - President
Over 31 years in the Commercial/Investment real estate business. Licensed real estate broker, licensed real estate auctioneer and commercial mortgage broker. President and CEO of Midwest Properties Auctioneers, an auction company specializing in commercial properties. Mr. Nieto has participated in thousands of transactions involving sales, leasing, management and auctioning of apartment buildings, office buildings and shopping centers.

As an investor, Mr. Nieto has assembled numerous partnerships to acquire retail properties throughout Ohio.

Mr. Nieto has authored articles on investment real estate both locally and nationally and wrote a monthly column on real estate investing for Cleveland's 'Properties Magazine' for over 13 years.
